OK up untill 4 days ago this plant was doing great!
i was giving him a bit of water everyday as its quite warm in my place. a few leaves turned yellow so i've been holding out watering figuring i have over watered.
but every day he seems to get worse! its alot more sparce looking that the picture shows

Can anyone give me advice on this plant? i'm not sure it's name but it would be a great help if anyone could tell me how to save it!

    Thanks!

    Howdy Plantchick,
That is a weeping fig or Ficus benjamina. It is a very tough plant while at the same time sensitive to changes be it a change in location or watering/fertilizing regime. Don't worry it won't die on you unless it is diseased. I have seen plants that were completely defoliated but came back manificiently.
    Peace
