This beautiful, bright emerald green dry to the touch, plant was growing on particular tree on the Isle of Skye, Scotland today.
There were several patches on this tree and the best ones were in the sun.
Note: There was small pieces of lichen growing, higher up, on same tree.
    Is this just Moss?

Yes; Skye is temperate rainforest climate, plenty wet enough for epiphytic moss.

Well, I don't know about "just moss", but yes, it is a moss.

I've never heard of any moss being responsible for injustice ;-)
