I have oleandars with leaf scorch from x. fastidiosa....should I remove them now in the hopes of saving the still healthy plants? They are 10-12 foot tall and keep the neighbor from being able to see right into my yard-and house!
Any suggestions on a good replacement "screen" that is fast growing?
Also...do I need to worry about this spreading to my Olive and Almond trees and also my Vinca Major? This is the majority of my landscaping and would be devastating!

here is a link to the disease for you. best way to lessen the disease spread is to control the insect population specifically the leaf hopper that carries the disease. Use the most ecologically friendly method of removal at all times
