Identification: Is this Ficus Alii?

    Hi! I have this indoor plant for several years. Is it Ficus Alii?
    I really would like to help it grow better so the tree can look fuller. How should I do that? Please help.

    It's not Ficus, though I'm not sure what it is. It sorta looks like a Podocarpus, maybe?

    Also it looks like it has quite a raging scale infestation (first picture), whatever it is.
