    Looks like a Rubus sp. (blackberry or raspberry).

    R. fruticosus is but one of many species of blackberries. The one out here that looks like your plant is R. armeniacus.

    Nope. The other replies are correct. Blackberry maybe a raspberry but I'm leaning towards blackberry.
