Identification: Is this a Palm?

    Hello,

    I have had this tree for a few years. I would like to provide better care for it but I can not identify what it is. I think it is a palm but can not find a similar picture of it on-line. It is about 4 feet tall with thin green leaves that leave scales on the trunk. Please help me if you can.

    Looks like Dracaena marginata, Madagascar Dragon Tree.
