I live in Dallas Texas. I planted my Queen Palm Spring of 2008. It was doing great until the freezing weather came into town in Dec of 2008. The freezing rain put too much weight on the branches and they all broke and fell to the ground! After the freezing weather left I cut off all the frozen dead branches. There were no branches left. Up until March of 2009 I could see a little green in the center core of the tree but it is now gone and there is no regrowth of any kind. Will my Palm ever come back or is it dead? Help!

Doesn't sound good. Leave it at least another month or two though, to see if any new fronds do appear.

Thank you for your advise. I will give it some time before I pull it.
