is my black aeonium arbureum dying?

Hi,

I`ve been trying with this plant and i just cant, this ones i had them for a while now, they where fine until a couople of weeks started to get dry at the ends (pictures atached) please help.

 

Maybe it just going through the dormancy period? Aeoniums’ grow actively during fall, winter and spring. Summer heat causes a dormancy period.
