I recently purchased some Ipomopsis seeds to plant for my hummingbirds, I have never heard of these. Can you tell me if they reseed themselves or can I keep seeds from them for next year.

    Which species did you get?

Ipomopsis rubra is native where you are, and can be expected to re-seed itself; some other species (e.g. I. aggregata, I. longiflora, I. spicata) are from the Pacific coast and might not adapt well to your climate and not re-seed.
