The on with big leaves is a Maranta or "Prayer plant", and it's sharing a pot with a Heart leaved philodendron.

I have one (as per yours pictured with the big leaves) as well and just researched it as:

Maranta leauconeura var. erythroneua; common name = 'Red Herringbone Plant'

Some (ideal) care tips: H2oing: Summer: moist/ Winter: sparingly
    Lighting: Moderate
    Temperature: Warm
    Feeding: Summer: Bi-weekly/ Winter: Occasionally
    Propagation: By tipcuts
