Anyone attempted using predator bugs indoors?

I'm noticing white flying mites and currently use glue traps and yellow paper, but need additional help.

So far as I know predatory insects and mites are only used indoors on a greenhouse setting.
There they are unlikely to stray far from plants and temperatures/humidity are nearer their
    optimums for development.

If the problem is big, I'd recommend spray treatment. You'll need a lot of predatory insects to ensure they eat all the mites, and of course, you can't actually control them. If you can isolate the mites/plant (assuming its on a plant) in a container and toss the insects in to prevent them from wandering off it might work. Need to treat the eggs once they hatch too. There are some homemade non-harmful sprays you could try if it doesn't work. Usually predatory insects are recommended only for localized small problems. Otherwise success can't be guaranteed.

Thanks I added small jumping spiders and regular spiders that I've found in other odd corners of the house. Hopefully they like it and don't leave.

Do these look poisonous to humans?

You might try posting the pictures with your question for ID on The Bug Guide.
