I currently have many fruiting fig trees of which there appear to be at least three distinct varieties. Only one was named when aquired. It is apparently a Black Mission fig. Of the others, I have one which from all of the written literature searched may be a Genoa White. The others are unidentified. Is there some way to identify the various varieties of fruiting fig reliably?
