What kind of tree is these. It's Inot my yard where I want to plant a garden. This one has reddish berries on it when in bloom.

That looks like a buddleja, but they do not have berries, just dry brown seed heads. Were the red berries on the tree in your other post?

Don't know, but the bark and new leaves look like willow to me. Salyx nigra, possibly. The dried floral bits are throwing me though. I've known a few different willow species and none of them retain the flower in any form. In fact, they all drop lots of litter from catkins to leaves to twigs to make them an undesirable tree for many people.

This one has brighter red berries and they are clumped together. The other one posted they are darker and smaller. Just wanted to know if they were toxic because I want to plant a vegetable garden and the only place is next to these trees.
