Identification small tree in Cancun

Hi

Grew some mixed greenhouse seeds from Chiltern last year.

Then was in Cancun and saw this which I thought looked like a grown up version of one of the seedlings.

So, managed to keep the young plant over the winter and potted it up and had it outside for this summer.

Just brought it in for this winter and noticed that it has some very small fruits, just like the one in Cancun.

any ideas?

looks like fruit is unlikely, but can use the leaves..
