Identification - purple flower with red tip

    one more question, tag says 'primula elatior', what is wrong. It loos like primula but different sp.

    Is this right? Primula vialii=Primula littoniana

    That's Primula vialii. Andy just planted them out and the new label has not been made yet. The P. elatior label may have been in that bed without plants. Sometimes Andy puts labels near the edge of the bed until he determines if there are still plants left. To put it next to a different primula was not so good. I laid it down to avoid confusion. There is a small white label with the correct name next to the planting.
