I have 4 of these houseplants which my father gave me. I don't know the name of this plant but it requires lots of sunshine and it is very hardy. The leaves are thick and shiny and the runners tend to spread. Once it is matured, spuds grow out on the runners and these delicate pink flowers appear in clusters. I've also noticed that the flowers leave a sticky residue (almost like a sap) and the fragrant it expose is very exotic. It only smells at night time. The delicate flowers do not last long as they will dry up and each individual pedal would fall off. A friend of mine thought maybe it's a sweet olive plant but looking at pictures it does not seem to be it. I hope someone can put the correct name to this plant. Here's a picture.

    /waves to polee.

more specifically, it looks to be hoya carnosa. very beautiful plant/flowers and this one looks nice and healthy! are the other three the same type or different? if different, please post pics and we'll get id's on them for you :)

they are succulent-types, and are very hardy. they also propagate easily from cuttings.

Thanks for your help. Yep, my plant looks exactly like that. My dad gave me 5 of these plants and all are doing extremely well - only 2 are flowering. The other ones look similar except one has a glossier and greener leaves. Lots of new growth and runners so I'm hoping the others will develop flower one of these days. It really is an exotic plant and the fragrance of the flower is great.
