At Iron Mountain, Alberni Valley, Vancouver Island - ca 1300m altitude. No sign of these on nearby Mt. Porter. Southern facing dry bluff. (dry moss etc.) Leaves don't match S. vulgaris or any other Silene that I looked at on E-flora.
