This Callicarpa americana looked really droopy and sickly before it started its normal fall leaf dropping. Upon inspection I found many of these small white insects. Does anyone know what they are and if this could be the reason for it's unhealthy look? I'm attaching pictures of the shrub & insects. Thanks.
