ID grub under bark

    i am looking for help IDing this worm/grub?? i found under the bark of a fir or hemlock tree. aprox 1 cm long bage/tan coloured body with dark head and tail????? please help

    I came up with these pests, but you will have to search at www.google.com to get info on the larval stage of these pests.
