ID a tree stump?

    Someone in forestry perhaps? These stumps were trees in Vancouver. No idea when they were cut down.

    The second one, called Stump-1, maybe Calocedrus decurrens?

    Britain zone 8/9
    Certainly something in the cypress family; could be Calocedrus, or perhaps another Lawson's Cypress.
