    Hi there,

Any idea what plants 1-4 are? (They were un-watered and about to die at Canadian Tire, so I just had to save them. They're doing good now though.)

Image 5 is a picture of one of the leaves on my Croton Revolutions. This seemed to start with what looked like white powder on some leaves and little bumps of fluid on others. I used insecticidal soap to no effect. The leaves have since developed these brown dead spots, which today I noticed feel sticky to touch. Do you have any idea what this is, or if my plant can be saved?

Thank you all very much for your help!

    1. Dieffenbachia cv. (perhaps 'Camille?')
    2. Tradescantia spathacea, variegated (also commonly Rhoeo spathacea)
    3. Dracaena deremensis 'Warneckei' or similar cv. like 'Jumbo,' 'Ulises,' etc.
    4. Epipremnum aureum 'Marble Queen'

    5. Not sure. The most common croton problem is spider mites, but I've never seen spider mites do something like that. White powder might suggest aphids, spider mites, or mealybugs; sticky droplets could suggest aphids, mealybugs, or scale.
