I have purchased 10 6'-8' Queen Palms and 3 citrus trees one month ago. I had them planted by the tree place because they come with a warranty. I water them 2x a week for 30 minutes. The grapefruit tree is loosing some leaves and some leaves are looking brown. some of the queen palms have brown leaves and some of the leaves look bunched up. Can you give me some input to what I may be doing wrong. I also wanted to let you know I live in Arizona

What is your soil like? If it's a sandy or shale any well draining soil will need good mulching and extra watering. On the other hand if it is a heavy clay soil which doesn't drain you could be drowning the plants especially if they are planted straight into the ground. Don't let any mulch sit against, burying the trunks of the plants.
The other thing to consider is where the plants have come from. Have they been fully hardened off or grown in shade or sheltered positions?
