This is a houseplant I picked up at a yard sale. It has red veins. Is it some type of begonia?

Thanks to anyone who can help me identify it. I think it is dying and I want to be able to replace it.

Begonia rex hybrid, grown mainly for the foliage. My mother called one she had that was similar a 'Beefsteak Begonia'. Low light and cooler temps for good growing conditions.
