I have a honeysuckle in bloom approx. 16 feet or higher. My husband wants to dig it up and move it to a different location now. Is this safe ?

probably not the best time, but if you get all the roots and eep it watered it will most likely be okay. Which one is this? Not the Japanese one I hope. If so that would move to where you want it all by itself!

Thanks, I thought it was best not to move it, but my husband said that nothing could kill this vine. I'm not sure what variety it is, it's flowers don't have much of a scent, and it grows about a foot or more a DAY !

Just about the poorest possible timing. Cut it down low first to make it easier to handle, the existing top will probably wilt anyway.
