I am cunfused over the naming of the Heptapleurum/Schefflera plant. I was under the impression that it was H. Arboricola, and that calling it S. Arboricola was a common misconception. I am pretty sure that the two are not synonyms, as there are other Scheffleras, such as S. digitata, and S. octophyllum. Could anyone clear this up for me? -Thanks in Advance

I've never heard of either a S. hepta... or a Hepta.. scheff. It's either Heptapleurum something else, or Schefflera arboricola.
