Zone 4a and preferring full sun, these 24 to 36" tall plants will flower from late early July to early August. The only difference between 'Flore Pleno' and your run-of-the-mill daylily is that this one has a a triple flower.....which tends to give it an exotic look.
What a coincidence to have identification for a daylily in my garden which has bloomed for the first time since we moved here 13 years ago! (Not in ideal growing conditions.) It does have an exotic look but underscores how far hemerocallis hybridization has moved since 'Flore Pleno' was introduced. Thank you.
