I am having a pest problem with a Japanese snow bell tree--it has flowered with beautuful white flowers and now it is being stripped literally by something that I cannot seem to see. I am trying to be environmentally friendly so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Do I cut the stripped portions off?

    Thanks, Obe
