My ZZ plant has yellow leaves and I don’t know why....it’s been 2 months since I watered it. I haven’t even repotted it from it’s original pot since buying it a year ago. Should I water it again? And if so, how much and should I water from top perimeter of pot or from bottom by letting it sit for a few minutes in a basin of water? Please help..

@Lilian, all those yellow "leaves" are leaflets, from a single leaf, so you are only losing one leaf. As in all of nature, old parts die and new parts show up. So I would not worry about losing the one leaf. There will always be an old leaf dying, hopefully as a new one grows to take its place, or if you are luckier than I am, more new leaves growing than old ones dying. That article that Junglekeeper mentioned above suggests that these plants like more water and will go dormant in dry conditions. Before you water it, if I have caught you in time, lift the pot and notice how heavy it is. After you water it (from the top is good), don't leave it sitting in water. When it is well-watered but not sitting in water, lift it again and notice how much heavier it is. Don't water it again when it still feels that heavy, but probably it could use water when it's heavier than it is now if you haven't watered it yet. I also read recently that these plants like to have room. So if you are able to, lift the plant from the pot and notice if it seems pot-bound or if there is still lots of soil. Then you can figure out if it needs to be moved to a larger pot. It actually looks like it's in excellent condition.
