Identification: Help me Identify This Vine Please

    I rescued a vine that had been left for free in my condo and I have no idea what it is or how to care for it. It's about 14 or 15 feet long and the half of it stemming from its root is bald. I would really like to know how to go about caring for this plant and the proper ways of nursing it back into foliation:)
