Identification: Help in identifying this plant? type of spider plant?

    can anyone help me the specific type of plant this is?

    It is starting to grow brown tips at the end of each leaf..i would like to know how to care for this plant better. not sure if it needs more water or direct sunlight, but i think it is an indoor plant.

    Looks like Beaucarnea recurvata, Ponytail.
