Does anyone know what the names of these plants are?

    Looks like:
    1. Dypsis lutescens (syn. Chrysalidocarpus lutescens), Areca Palm.
    2. Sansevieria trifasciata 'Golden Hahnii', Golden Bird's Nest.

Hmmm I'm not convinced's on id #1. To me it looks like a whole heap of seeds that have sprouted in the one pot, as opposed to "clumping". IMHO I think time will tell the exact id on that palm...

My guess is partly based on the speckled look of the lower stems. It's a good guess since this and the parlor palm are often sold as a clump of seedlings in a small pot similar to that seen in the picture.
