Can someone help me, I bought this plant and have no clue what it is? I am not even sure if it is an indoor or outdoor plant. Please see Picture attached.

It's definitely a Coleus. They can be grown indoors but in order for the brilliant leaf color to really come out they require several hours of direct sunlight every day. If they don't receive enough sun the leaves will revert to green. I winter my Coleuses inside and put them out in the summer. They fade during the winter months but once they are out in the sun again the color comes back and they look great for the summer!
