Hedgewall cypress

    There are, in my experience, two main kinds of "cedar" hedging - one in my front garden consists of about 20 'Cedars' which shun contact with each other. The other, which is desirable, forms into a solid wall, so solid in fact that you can cut dorways in it! it is also fast-growing. A new neighbour is constructing a 'barn' across from us at the rear...a veritable wall of windows (12 in all) and I wish to plant a hedge to block the view of this thing. I believe it is Cypress cupressus leylandii. Where can one find mature elements of this great hedging.
