    Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to share my success in sprouting Hardy Kiwi seeds. What I did was I extracted the seeds and dried them out on a paper towel. Then all I did was put them in a plastic baggy with some moist peat moss and put that in the fridge. About three months latter I found them sprouting in the bag and transplanted the sprouted ones into a pot.

Very cool! Thanks for sharing! I've been a few months past the seedling stage before, but ended up going on vacation and my friend forgot to water them :(

Do you think they might eventually produce fruit?

That is what happened with when growing brown fuzzy kiwis from seed a few years ago as well. I think they might! Whether they produce true to the parent, i am not sure. Here is an update. Oh, and they got hit by a spider mite infestation a little while after i brought them in. I have been treating them with diluted rubbing alcohol which seems to be working well.
