    Hi

Is it possible to grow a japanese lilac tree in a container so that it reaches at least 3 meter in height and some fullness. How big the container has to be . I just bought a small thin 2 meter height lilac tree on sale . Has anyone tried this. Maybe another tree would have been better since I can't seen to find any example on the internet on this but now it's too late and I will have to try it with the lilac . But if you have any suggestion of another tree that will do ok in a container and reach at least 3 meter height you're welcome to give it , maybe I will change my mind.

    Thanks

Except for it being stuck in a pot instead of being in the ground you shouldn't have any problem getting the 3m as this is a tree that grows much bigger than that. The bigger the tub you use, the bigger it can get.
