  1. Hello fellow addicts, just found this site whilst looking up callistemon (bottle brush)
    its advertised locally as drought tolerant & deer proof, both of which are added bonuses in my neck of the woods.

    Welcome to the Forums Chris A. Drought tolerant plants are a good choice in your location. Callistemon are beautiful flowers, I enjoyed seeing them in their native Australian habitat. I would have thought that hardiness would be a problem but apparently there are several varieties that do well in our climate.
