currently this plant is indoors, but I have seen this plant in hanging baskets in summer outdoors where I live (Central-Arkansas)- it can grow to several feet, my plant is just a few inches tall, no blooms, it propogates easy, just clip a branch and plant. thanks for any help to identify it.
