I saw a number of people saying Crystal Company is the place to go for coconut husk chips but their phone number doesn't work and they haven't responded to the email I sent a few days ago. Are they still in business? I'm in the US and seeing how this is a Canadian based forum I'm guessing CC is in Canada (their website doesn't even have that information) so any sources that ship to or are located in the US would be especially useful.
