There is a brown section on my seedling the branches around it turned brown first the the main trunk. Is it dying what should I do it's the only one I have and stays on the porch in 5 gallon bucket rocks at the bottom to help with drainage. I am 8n subtropical area of the country. Could it be diseased?

    See picture.

Yes I do have rocks at the bottom and drainage holes the rocks are river rocks so quarter size and a little bigger and smooth.
There are about 6 of those holes all around the bottom of the bucket.

Pull it out, get rid of the rocks, replace.
