   I've refrigerated the grape seeds about 3 months and my question is can I plant it now or next month? Is it the season to plant the grape seeds now or do I have to wait for next Spring?

   Spring would be the time unless you have a greenhouse. There is not enough time for storing energy resources prior to dormancy if you germinate now outside.
