Genus of Commiphora?

    Hi, can anybody give me some information on the above collection of trees which produce a resinous sap, used in herbal remedies.

    You may want to look for the family Burseraceae. the family contains the fragrant tree that produces the biblical Myrrh. You can also find references at this link to the plant albeit from a biblical point of view.
