Identification: Flower from Bloedel conservatory

    They would be those white things, on the flat bract thing. It looks like we missed a lot of them, but I think only a few open at a time.

    I'm attaching some additional photos of this plant. I don't like my previous idea for an ID, though I do still think it's some Marantaceae. In fact, I think I found exactly the plant, called "Undetermined Marantaceae species" from Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden:

    It probably did come into the conservatory with some name, though.
