What I found on Internet about that Colquhounia coccinea(Lamiaceae). I didn't know it is a shrub. We could enjoy it if it survives our winter(Plant can withstand temperatures down to -5°C)

Himalayan mint shrub in Chinese: 深红火把花 (shen hong huo ba hua)
A showy shrub native to the grassland of the Himalayas and Western China known for its soft, downy grey-green leaves with a whitish underside. The densely tomentose, opposite leaves can be  8-15cm long and approximately  3-6cm wide, becoming smaller as they reach the apex of the stem.
The vivid whorls of orange-scarlet flowers are particularly eye-catching against the nearly silvery leaves. The bright orange to red flowers are borne in winter, clustered towards the stem tips and are very showy, contrasting nicely with the soft, felt foliage. In cold-winter climates, flowering may be rare and/or damaged by frost.
Colquhounia coccinea will grow to be a fantastic border shrub with an open but reasonably upright habit.
The genus name honors Sir Robert Colquhoun  who was a lieutenant in the British Army in India in 19th century. He was a plant collector and a patron of the Calcutta Botanical Gardens (Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Indian Botanic Garden ) in India.
There seem to be a number of forms in the horticultural trade — flowers varying from orange to red, into coral and salmon pink; silver white tomentum overall, green leaf with white undersides and stems, rusty brown tomentum, etc. There are collectors who try to have as many forms as possible. When purchasing this plant, it might be best to see a reliable photo of the plant it was propagated from, or to propagate it oneself from a desirable specimen — cuttings strike easily with normal procedure and care.

Frost hardy - Plant can withstand temperatures down to -5°C
    Height and Spread - 2.5m
    Fl. Aug-Nov(-Dec), fr. Nov-Jan.
