Hello. About a month ago, I brought home a small ficus slyvie (about 6 leaves). It sits at a north window, around 20C, watered once every 2 weeks approximately. Recently, some of its lower leaves are getting lots of brown spots (blotches). Can anyone tell me what is happening? Thank you!

It sounds like your ficus could use some more light and maybe less water. they usually go brown with dry air, wet soil and poor light.
