Can anyone give me a quick estimate as to how many ferns are native to BC, or can be found growing here? Much appreciated!
The Illustrated Flora of BC lists about 76 species (with a handful of them introduced). Since publication of the flora, I'd guess about 5-8 more species have been added to the province (mostly Botrychium).
