I don't think the plant you are looking for exists.

Lipstick vines flower well, but like most other flowering plants the need a lot more light then a dark corner in a bedroom will provide. Perhaps lipstick plants near the window and Philodendrons and Pothos elsewhere in the room?

You can try Clerodendron thomsoniae , they grow like weeds and flower when you ignore the plant, then need some light but will do ok with lower light conditions, this plant took over an old un-used greenhouse hereit never got water except when it rained and no heat and not a lot of light, and it still flowered like crazy.

Try a Madagascar Jasmine (Stephanotis floribunda). Pretty easy to grow and fragrant flowers too!

I had a south facing dorm room in uni and I grew 4 Heavenly Blue Morning Glories, from seed, with great success. One thing about them is they need alot of direct light to grow properly. Mine reached 10-12 feet in length by the end of the summer. During that time they flowered beautifully (but probably not as much as compared with the back yard.

One note of interest (perhaps) is the the Aztec's used Morning Glory seeds for divination purposes. Apparantly they contain LSA, which is the closest naturally occuring substance to LSD.
