    I believe that euphorbia is E. schillingii. Beautiful, but poorly known.

    Some nurseries in the region have sold it. 5 sources listed by The Plant Locator - Western Region, 2 of these in BC. I planted it in a shady border but it seems to have been mostly crowded out.
