This year I bought Eustoma seeds from Thompson and Morgan. The package's contents looked like dust - and I have planted some pretty small seeds so I can usually recognize seeds - but I scattered the dust over the surface of some pots just the same.

Incredibly (to me) three plants germinated. After about 4 months they were 1" - 2" tall. and I transplanted them to a full sun area outside (well watered with underground pipes).

They have not grown more than maybe 1/4" in the ensuing 2.5 months.

Three more germinated later, and are still in a protected area: they are about 1/8 " tall.

I know that they grow slowly but this seems ridiculous. Is this normal?
