I was given some Eryngium 'alpinum' seeds. With some of the seeds that I have started over the years, I have planted them as soon as they were ripe. The germination rate always seemed to be greater.
With the Eryngium 'alpinum' , I had read that germination was greater if sown when ripe. I have sown some of the seeds and was questioning were would be the best place to store them for the winter? In a coldframe or outside in a protected spot?
Any ideas or thoughts would be apprectiated.
