Seven years ago, in the Edgeworthia chrysantha Botany Photo of the Day, Daniel Mosquin wrote: ""Unfortunately, this species is absent from UBC Botanical Garden’s collections". Forum member @Margot recently posted one of these plants for ID, which reminded me how UBCBG never did seem to get around to getting one, but today, there it was! It was actually accessioned in 2018; maybe it was only recently planted out? There are also supposed to be two more of these plants, one from 2013 (the year Daniel said the garden should get one) and one from 2016. This one's label has a comment that it has pink-tinged flowers.
